Briefing Materials (BM4-1) Phase-4 Workshop Activities: ITQ-4 Awards for Best Experience-Sharing Presentations and Poster Displays Dear Workshop Participants: We know that you have been working very hard on your Phase-3 ITQ-4 Workshop activities and assignment, and we hope that you are actively interacting and collaborating with your virtual peer learning group members and online coach during this Phase-3. As you know, during Phase-4 activities in Bangkok, Thailand, in September 2002, all of you will share your learning experiences, accomplishments as well as the lessons learned and best practices resulting from your 6-month Phase-3 activities. Each Peer Learning Group will decide on how, and which presentation methods will be used, to share the experiences of the group members. However, in order to have some kind of a structure, coherence, comparability of such experience sharing, we would like to provide the following guidelines for the three main activities: (1) Group Presentations, (2) Poster Displays, and (3) ITQ-4 Awards. In order to make the experience sharing more exciting, we will provide some incentives by awarding some prizes/gifts to two (2) Peer Learning Groups (i.e., the members and their Online Coaches) and three individual participants who are voted by their peers for the Best Experience Sharing Group Presentations, and for the Best Poster Display.
