This session will review the contents covered in Phase 2 of the ITQ-4 workshop. This will be accomplished by having each Peer Learning Group and each Resource Person summarize one or more concepts learned during Phase 2. The summary should show how specific concepts are applied in their Phase 3 experiences.

Methods: Presentations and Group Discussion

This session provides an overview of the process to be followed in the experience sharing sessions. Depending on size, each PLG will have 2 to 2.5 hours to share their learning experiences gained in Phase 3. The sharing should be more than just reporting on activities carried out, and shall include lessons learned, problems faced, solutions used, and final achievements. Poster sessions, role-plays, PowerPoint presentations, demonstrations, and other innovative methods may be used to present the sharing.

 
Session 2-2: Applying Strategic Planning Principles: ITQ Workshop Follow Up - Preparing an Institutionalization Plan

This session introduces the general concept of strategic planning with emphasis on planning for improving training. Methods: Briefing and Group Discussion

This session discusses the "Last Mile" tasks to be completed in Phase 5 of the workshop, It will cover procedures and requirements for preparing a process documentation and report of activities, such as achievements, lessons learned, and best practices in applying, testing, adapting, and practicing relevant ideas, concepts, methods, and tools learned in the ITQ-4 workshop. Examples of reporting tools and mechanisms, such as the Learning Achievement Report (LAR), Self-Assessment Scorecard, and Manager Assessment Letter (MAL), as well as the Institutionalization Plan, will be shown and discussed.
