several important matters related to the Phase-1 and Phase-2 activities
of the ITQ-4 Workshop:

arrangements for Phase-2 activities in Penang. Please inform him
<ramli@usm.my>
soonest (but no later than Feb. 25, 2002) of your travel
itinerary/flight schedule (i.e., arrival and departure date &
time) so they could make the necessary hotel reservation and
airport pick-up (in Penang) arrangements for you. Please make sure
you have the necessary visa and health certificate to enter
Malaysia, if any. You should also read carefully the ITQ-4
Workshop's administrative arrangements, and logistical
information, including the airport arrival procedures, etc. which

ITQ-4 Workshop's online learning activities, including the ITQ

The role of an Online Coach during Phase-1 is to serve as the
primary "customer service executive" or workshop liaison
officer who will provide "first-aid"
information/clarifications related to workshop matters. In
addition, while the online conferences (further details will be
provided by Dr. Sanjaya Mishra) are designed for ALL workshop
participants (and not for each PLG), the PLG members could contact
their assigned Coach and/or PLG members for "off-line"
consultations or discussion. The Coaches will also monitor their
PLG's members' contributions to the online conferences and may
provide individual consultations to their PLG members. |
