| Dr. Wan Salihin Wong Abdullah is the Dean of the Faculty of
Management and Economics at Malaysia University College of
Science and Technology. This University College is situated in
the state of Terengganu on the east coast of peninsular
Malaysia.
Between 1986 and 1999, he was Lecturer, then Associate Professor and Head of Department of Educational Multimedia at the Faculty of Education, University Technology of Malaysia. At this university, he taught applications of ICT and Multimedia in Education. At the end of 1999, he was offered the post of Associate Professor at Malaysian University College of Science & Technology. Since May 2001, he has held the appointment of Deputy Dean at this University College. He holds a B.Sc. in Education with specialization in Physics and Mathematics (1984) and M.Ed. (Computer Education) from Washington State of University, U.S.A (1986). His Ph.D. from Loughborough University of Technology, UK, is in the area of application of Expert Systems in diagnosing students' misconception in science. His research interests include the development and evaluation of ICT training modules and the application of ICT in teaching and learning. |
