How many pages in IPGRI Web site?
According to Massimo Buonaiuto that the IPGRI Web site consists of over 8000 Web Pages (without considering P.A. web site), linked together by more than 12,000 internal hyperlinks. There are more than 550 PDF files, and more than 120 tables of databases published on line.
One interesting thing is the huge difference in the number of pages under the different categories and Regional Offices. The "champion" is the APO Office, with over 3000 pages.
What causes this difference? Is it the amount of information there is to share, or the nature of the information or the audiences? Is it the amount of time dedicated to Web work? I would like to hear more about this.

On my experience, many times it can happen that a report is fragmented in many web pages and tables detached in separate html files. I think this is the case of APO web site.
The reference to 1224 web pages for the Main Site comprehends the core of the web site.
About the GFU not included above: about 55 html web pages, 20 aspx files, and 57 pdf files.

Here is our APO web-based outputs.
The analysis of the 2787 pages as listed from HQ
887 from newsletters 31.8%
141 from Edukit 5.1% - not functional on the IPGRI web, available on GD
1586 from Infobase 56.9% - accessible via CD, not activated on web
(development on WIKI currently, to be hosted by NPs in the near future)
The bulk is from APO products 2614 pages 93.8%
Our web pages is around 173 or 6.2% within normal range as other RO.
